If our emails are not reaching your inbox, your email provider may be filtering them as spam. You can fix this in a few minutes by adding us to your contacts or adjusting your spam settings.
Step 1 — Add Us to Your Contacts (Works for All Providers)
The quickest universal fix is to add our email addresses to your contacts. This signals to your email provider that you want to receive our messages.
Please add all of the following:
- support@counsellingtutor.com
- ken@counsellingtutor.com
- rory@counsellingtutor.com
- colette@counsellingtutor.com
- events@counsellingtutor.com
Step 2 — Provider-Specific Instructions
Gmail
Create a filter so our emails never go to spam:
- Open Gmail and click the search options icon in the search bar.
- Enter support@counsellingtutor.com in the "From" field.
- Click Create filter.
- Tick Never send it to Spam.
- Click Create filter to save.
If one of our emails has already landed in your spam folder, open it and click Not Spam — this moves it to your inbox and trains Gmail at the same time.
Outlook
Add us to your safe senders list:
- Go to Outlook.com and click the gear icon (top right).
- Select View all Outlook settings.
- Go to Mail > Junk email.
- Under Safe senders, click Add.
- Enter support@counsellingtutor.com and click Save.
If emails are still going to junk, check whether our address has been accidentally added to your Block senders list and remove it if so. If an email is already in your junk folder, open it and select Not Junk.
iCloud / Apple Mail
If one of our emails has gone to your junk folder, here is how to move it and train iCloud:
On iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch (iOS 7 or later):
- Open the Mail app.
- Open the message in your Junk folder.
- Tap the folder icon at the bottom.
- Tap Inbox to move it.
On Mac:
- Open Mail and find the message.
- Click Not Junk in the toolbar, or drag the message to your Inbox in the sidebar.
Yahoo Mail
If one of our emails has gone to spam:
On mobile:
- Open Yahoo Mail and tap the sidebar menu.
- Select Spam.
- Tap the message, then the move icon, and select Inbox.
On desktop:
- Go to Yahoo Mail.
- Open the Spam folder (if hidden, click More beneath Sent).
- Select the message and click Not Spam at the top.
