How Do I Change My Account Email Address?

You can change the email address on your account by contacting our support team. Because your email address doubles as your username, there is one important step to complete before the change is made.

Before You Request the Change — Download Your Certificates

This step is essential. Lecture certificates are linked to your current email address and will not transfer automatically to a new one. If you do not download them first, you may lose access to your certificate history.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to the CPD Certificates section.
  3. Download all certificates you want to keep.

How to Request the Email Change

  1. Download all your certificates (see above — do this first).
  2. Email us at support@counsellingtutor.com with your request. Include your current email address and the new email address you would like to use.
  3. We will update your account. Once done, your new email address will be your login username going forward. Your password stays the same.

What Changes and What Stays the Same

  • Your username (email) — will change to the new email address
  • Your password — remains the same
  • Your certificates — will not transfer; download them before requesting the change
  • Your subscription and access — continues uninterrupted
