After purchasing, your welcome email — containing your login link, username, and password — is usually sent within a few minutes. If it has not arrived, try the steps below. If you have already tried these steps, please email us directly at nologin@counsellingtutor.com and we will send your login details manually.
Things to Try First
- Check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally land there. If you find it, mark it as Not Spam so future emails reach you.
- Check you are using the right email address — look at your payment confirmation to confirm which address you used at checkout.
- Try the Forgot Password link — visit counsellingtutor.com/login, navigate to the course or membership you enrolled in and clicked Forgot Password on the login page. Enter the email address you used during purchase. A reset link will be sent to you.
Note: If the password field in your welcome email was blank, do not use the Forgot Password flow — email us at nologin@counsellingtutor.com instead.
Still Not Working?
If you have tried all of the above and still cannot access your account, the most likely cause is an email delivery issue or that your email address is opted out of receiving communications from us. Due to GDPR regulations, we are unable to resend your login details automatically — this needs to be done manually by a member of our team.
Please email us at nologin@counsellingtutor.com and we will get your login details sent to you within 24 hours.
