If you have forgotten your password or did not receive one when you signed up, you can reset it in a few steps. You can also change your password at any time from within your account.
Forgotten Your Password?
Use the Forgot Password link on the login page. Here is how:
- Go to the login page: counsellingtutor.com/login
- Select the portal for the product you are trying to access (e.g. Student Library, Counsellor CPD Library, or a course).
- Click "Forgot Password" — you will find this near the password field.
- Enter your email address — use the same email you registered with.
- Check your inbox — a reset email will be sent to you. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
No Password in Your Welcome Email?
If you received your account access email but it did not include a password, please contact us at support@counsellingtutor.com and we will sort this out for you right away.
Want to Change Your Password?
If you are already logged in and would like to update your password:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to My Account.
- Select Change Your Password.
- Enter your current password, then choose a new one and save.
If the Forgot Password email did not arrive (and it is not in spam), or if you need a reminder of which email address you used to register, get in touch and we will help you get back in.
