If you are having trouble logging in, the most common causes are using the wrong login page, a forgotten password, or not having the right email address to hand. This guide will help you work through each one.
Step 1 — Are You on the Right Login Page?
All Counselling Tutor products use a single login page:
Login page: counsellingtutor.com/login
This login page covers all products including the Student Library, the Counsellor CPD Library, and all courses:
- Online and Telephone Counselling (OTC) course
- Introduction to Online and Telephone Counselling (also called the Book Companion or Student Introduction course)
- Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision (Supervision Training course)
- Trauma-Informed Practice course
- Working Therapeutically with Autistic Clients course
If you see an "Access Denied — No Active Membership" error, please contact us so we can check your account.
Step 2 — Check Your Original Sign-Up Email
When you first subscribed or enrolled, we sent you a welcome email with your login details. Search your inbox for an email from Counselling Tutor — it will contain the email address and password you originally used.
Step 3 — Reset Your Password
If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the login page, enter your email address, and follow the instructions in the reset email. Check your spam or junk folder if the email does not appear within a few minutes.
If none of the above has resolved the issue, please contact us. It helps if you can tell us which product you are trying to access and the email address you believe is associated with your account.
