At a Glance
After purchasing a course, you will receive a welcome email containing your login details and a link to access your course. If you have not received this email, check your spam folder or contact us.
Step 1 — Use the Link in Your Welcome Email
After completing your purchase, a welcome email is sent to the address you used at checkout. This email contains your username, password, and a direct link to your course.
- Click the course link in your welcome email to go straight to your course login page.
- Enter the username and password provided in the same email.
- If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Step 2 — Alternatively, Log In via the Website
If you cannot find your welcome email, you can also log in directly:
- Go to counsellingtutor.com/login
- Select your course from the portal options.
- Enter the email address you used when purchasing, along with the password from your welcome email.
I Haven't Received My Welcome Email
If your welcome email has not arrived within a few minutes of purchase:
- Check your spam or junk folder and mark the email as Not Spam if you find it there.
- Make sure you are checking the correct email address — the one you used at checkout.
- Your email address may have been previously opted out of receiving emails from us. If you suspect this is the case, please email us at nologin@counsellingtutor.com and we will get your access sorted straight away.
