How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your membership subscription yourself from within your account, or contact our support team to do it for you. Cancellation stops future renewals but you keep access until the end of your current paid period.

Important: Download Your CPD Certificates First

Before you cancel, please download all your CPD certificates from your account. Once your subscription is cancelled, you will no longer have access to them.

How to Cancel From Your Account

1. Go to the login page at counsellingtutor.com/login and select the portal for the subscription you wish to cancel (e.g. Student Library or Counsellor CPD Library). Log in with your credentials.
2. Go to My Account and select Cancel Subscription.
3. You will be redirected to the Customer Portal (powered by Spiffy). Enter the email address linked to your account or the card you use to pay. A magic link will be sent to that email — check your inbox, and your spam folder if you do not see it (the email comes from support@spiffy.co). 
4. Click the link to access the Customer Account Management Portal and complete your cancellation.
5. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.

What Happens After You Cancel

Your subscription will stop renewing, but you will retain full access until the end of your current paid billing cycle. You are always welcome to rejoin in the future.
