How Do I Get an Invoice for My Payments?

You can download invoices for your subscription payments through the Spiffy Customer Portal — just follow the steps below to access them in a couple of minutes.

How to Download Your Invoices

  1. Go to the login page at counsellingtutor.com/login and select the portal for the product you need invoices for (e.g. Student Library, Counsellor CPD Library, or a course). Log in with your credentials.
  2. Go to My Account and select Manage Subscriptions, Add or Update Card Details.
  3. You will be taken to the Customer Portal. Enter the email address linked to your subscription (or the email address associated with the card you use to pay).
  4. Check your inbox for an email from support@spiffy.co containing a magic link. If you do not see it, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Click the magic link — it will take you to the Customer Account Management page.
  6. From there, you will find the option to download your invoices.

If You Can't Find the Option or Have Trouble Downloading

If you do not see the Manage Subscriptions, Add or Update Card Details option in your account, or if you run into any issues downloading your invoices, please get in touch and we will sort it out for you.
