The full title — Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision Including Online and Telephone Working — is itself a positioning statement. Online and telephone supervision runs through the entire curriculum, not as a final-week add-on. This matches the reality of modern practice.

Demonstration, practice, and feedback — not just theory

For every piece of theory, you go through the same cycle: learn it, see it, do it, get feedback. Tutors role-play live mock supervision sessions in front of you. Then you practise in breakout rooms while tutors observe. Then you receive personalised feedback.
