Some Counselling Tutor courses are available on a payment plan, allowing you to spread the cost across several monthly instalments rather than paying in full upfront.

How Payment Plans Work

When you enrol on a course with a payment plan, your payments are spread across a set number of months.

  • Your first payment is taken at the point of enrolment.
  • Subsequent payments are taken automatically each month on the same date.
  • You retain full access to your course throughout the payment plan period.

When Are Payments Taken?

Payments are taken automatically each month on the anniversary of your enrolment date.

You do not need to do anything — the payments are collected from the card you provided when you enrolled.

What If I Want to Pay in Full?

If you would prefer to pay the full course fee upfront rather than in instalments, please contact us at support@counsellingtutor.com and we will be happy to arrange this.

What Happens If a Payment Fails?

If a payment is unsuccessful, you will receive an email notification. The system will attempt to retry the payment.

If you need to update the card on file, please see: How Do I Update My Credit Card Details?

If payments continue to fail, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help resolve the situation.
