Credit and debit card is the default payment method at checkout, but we also offer PayPal, Xero invoices, and bank transfer (BACS) for those who need an alternative.
Default Payment Method
When you sign up for a Student Library or Counsellor CPD Library subscription, or any of our CPD courses, you can pay by credit or debit card directly at checkout — this is the quickest and most straightforward option.
Alternative Payment Options
If card payment does not work for you — for example, if you are based overseas or simply prefer a different method — we are happy to accommodate the following:
- PayPal Invoice — We can send an invoice directly to your PayPal account.
- Invoice — We can issue an invoice with a link to pay online.
- BACS Bank Transfer — UK-based members can pay by bank transfer using BACS (Bankers' Automated Clearing Services).
How to Request an Alternative Payment Method
Simply email us at support@counsellingtutor.com and let us know which method you would prefer. Our team will send you the relevant details and get you set up.
