You can update your card details at any time through your account settings. Updating your card does not trigger an immediate payment — it simply replaces the card used for your next renewal.
How to Update Your Card Details
- Log in to your account at counsellingtutor.com/login
- Go to My Account in the left-hand side menu of your library.
- Select Manage Subscription, Add or Update Card Details.
- Follow the on-screen steps to enter your new card details and save.

Will I Be Charged Immediately?
No. Updating your card details does not trigger an immediate payment.
Your new card will simply be used when your subscription next renews on its usual date.
I Received an Email Saying My Card Is About to Expire
If you have received a card expiry notification, it means your current card on file will expire before your next renewal date.
Please update your card as soon as possible to avoid any interruption to your membership.
