If the name on your CPD certificate is not quite right — whether it is misspelled, showing a nickname instead of your full name, or displaying your last name twice — you can correct it directly from the Certificates section of your account. The fix applies to all of your certificates at once.

How to Fix Your Name
To get your name corrected, please email our support team at support@counsellingtutor.com and let us know the correct version of your name.
We will update it directly in the system for you. Once corrected, the change will apply to all of your certificates — not just future ones.
