How Do I Claim My CPD Certificate?

After watching a lecture, you can claim your CPD certificate by completing a short self-declaration at the bottom of the lecture page. The whole process takes less than a minute.

Step-by-Step: Claiming Your Certificate

Log in to your account and open the lecture you have just finished watching.
Work through any additional reading, handouts, or resources linked on the page. (Not all lectures include extra materials — that is fine.)
Scroll to the bottom of the lecture page and find the Certifications section.
Click the lecture title, then click Start Certification.
On the self-declaration page, click Yes – I completed this CPD Lecture in its entirety.
Click Finish Certification.

Your certificate will now appear in the Certifications section and is also accessible via the Certificates tab in the right-hand menu bar.

Claiming a Certificate for a Lecture You Completed Earlier

If you forgot to claim a certificate at the time, you can still do so. Here is how to find the lecture again:

Log in to your account. Your dashboard shows New Lectures Coming Soon and Recently Added Lectures.
If the lecture appears in the Recently Added list, click it.
Otherwise, use one of these two methods:

Search — Type the lecture name in the search field in the upper half of the dashboard. Once you start typing, click the Search the Library button (in the Counsellor CPD Library) or the Search button (in the Student Library) to find results.
Browse — Click CPD Lectures in the top navigation or left sidebar and scroll to find the lecture.

Open the lecture. You can re-watch it and review the materials if you wish.
Scroll to the bottom and follow the same certification steps above (steps 3–6).

Important: If you do not complete the self-declaration, your certificate will not be recorded in the Certificates section — so do not skip this step!
