If you enrol and want to step away within 30 days of your enrolment date, email support@counsellingtutor.com and we will process a full refund. You don't need to justify the decision.

We would rather you have your money back than feel stuck in a course that isn't serving you.

After the 30-day window, refund requests are considered case by case depending on circumstances and how far through the course you are. If something significant happens — illness, bereavement, a personal experience that means continuing isn't right for you — please speak to the team. There is usually a way forward.

If that happens during the course and you need to step away, please contact us — we'll work with you on what makes sense, whether that's pausing, deferring to a later cohort, or refunding.
