I'm neurodivergent or have accessibility needs — how is the library designed?

At a Glance

The library is designed with accessibility built in. Every lecture is delivered as video, audio, transcript, slide pack, and summary — so you can learn in the format that works for your brain, your senses, and your life.

Built for different ways of learning

Members include practitioners who are dyslexic, neurodivergent, visually impaired, hearing impaired, and many who simply prefer audio over video. The library is designed for all of them.

For every lecture you'll find:

  • Closed captions on the video — turn on or off as suits
  • Downloadable audio — for audio-preferred learners or for listening on the move
  • Full transcript — for reading-preferred learners and for searching content later
  • Slide pack — for visual learners and for reference
  • Concise summary — for quick orientation, or for revision before applying learning with a client

Why this matters

Many CPD providers offer "accessible" content as an afterthought — captions you have to ask for, transcripts you have to request. The library was built differently. Every component is created in parallel, not bolted on later.

Accessibility isn't a feature. It's a foundational value.
