The Counselling Skills Academy is a dedicated Counselling Tutor platform offering focused counselling skills courses. You can access your courses at skills.counsellingtutor.com.

What Is the Counselling Skills Academy?

The Counselling Skills Academy (CSA) offers a suite of practical counselling skills courses in a standalone online platform. It is not part of the Student Library or the Counsellor CPD Library — it is a separate product with a separate login.

Who Is It For?

CSA is designed for a wide range of learners:

Counselling students — those currently in training who want to build practical skills alongside their studies
Qualified counsellors and psychotherapists — practitioners looking to develop and expand their skills
Adjacent professionals — those working in related helping or therapeutic roles who want to develop their counselling skills

You do not need to hold a counselling qualification to join.

How to Access Your Course

After purchasing, you will receive a welcome email with your login link and credentials for skills.counsellingtutor.com.

If your welcome email has not arrived:

Check your spam or junk folder — our emails occasionally land there
Check you are using the correct email address — look at your payment confirmation to see which address you used at checkout
Still nothing? Email us at nologin@counsellingtutor.com and we will send your login details manually within 24 hours

Please note: Your Student Library or Counsellor CPD Library login will not work on the Counselling Skills Academy. You will need to use the credentials sent in your CSA welcome email.

Certificates

Each course in the Counselling Skills Academy awards a completion certificate when you finish. These confirm that you have successfully completed the course.

Claiming Your Certificate

Every topic and every module in the course must be marked as complete before your certificate becomes available.

The Counselling Skills Academy is designed to let you move through the course in any order — you are not required to follow the topics sequentially. Because of this, the platform does not mark topics complete automatically as you progress. You will need to mark each topic complete yourself as you go through it.

If you find you cannot claim your certificate, go back through the course and check that every topic and every module shows as complete, then try again.
