At a Glance
A client's Documents section is one list, not a folder per session, so a run of worksheets can become hard to search through. Combining the pages for one session into a single, clearly named file keeps them together and findable.
How to do it
- On your own computer, combine the pages belonging to one session into a single PDF.
- Name it with the date and the session number, so 2026-10-20 Session 12 worksheets. Dates written year first sort correctly in a list.
- From Your Clients, open the client record, go to Documents and click Add Document. Choose the file and click Add to Client File.
- Mention the document in that session's note, so anyone reading the note later knows the worksheets exist.
Worth knowing: This is a way of working rather than a feature. Nothing links a document to a particular session automatically, so the file name and the mention in your note are what make the connection. Uploading a document does not add anything to your practice hours.
