At a Glance
The course is created and delivered by experienced counsellors who are also qualified educators. The team brings deep clinical experience working with trauma, alongside formal training in how to teach — meaning the course is taught by people who understand both the work and the learner.
The teaching team
Without naming individuals (the team changes over time), what the team consistently brings:
- Clinical experience with trauma-affected clients — across private practice, agency settings, and specialist contexts
- Formal teaching qualifications — pedagogy as well as practice
- Specialisms spanning grief and bereavement, culturally sensitive counselling, neuroscience of mental health, and integrative trauma approaches
- A neurodivergent-aware approach — built into the course design from the ground up
What members consistently mention
The reviews tell a consistent story about the live training days:
"Nora was an excellent facilitator — so knowledgeable and engaging."
"She created a safe and reflective learning space, and kept the session interactive throughout."
"Nora demonstrated exceptional knowledge of trauma and engaged with us as participants with warmth and clarity. She addressed every question with insight and confidence."
"She held the space with care, nurturing honest and open conversations about trauma."
Tech support during live days
Each live training day is supported by a dedicated technical host whose only job is to manage the digital environment — sharing links, managing Zoom, handling any glitches — so the tutors can focus entirely on teaching and you can focus on learning.
Members frequently mention this in their feedback. The tech support is what makes the live experience feel smooth rather than effortful.
Why we don't name individual tutors
Tutor team composition evolves over time. Naming individuals in marketing makes information go out of date and risks misrepresenting who you might learn from in any given cohort. Instead, we describe the team in terms that remain true: experienced trauma-aware practitioners who are also qualified educators.
