What technical requirements do I need for the Trauma-Informed Practice course?

Technical requirements

To get the most out of this course — including taking part in the live sessions — please make sure you have the following in place before you start.

Device

• A laptop or desktop computer — tablets and mobile phones are not suitable for the live sessions
• A built-in or external camera and microphone

Internet connection

• A connection that is strong enough to stream live video — a wired connection or strong Wi-Fi is recommended for the live session days

Time commitment

• 3 full-day live sessions (10am–4pm each day) — dates are provided at enrolment
• Approximately 2–3 hours per week for self-directed learning through the online modules

Before you start

• Check your inbox for emails from @counsellingtutor.com — check your Spam and Promotions folders if you do not see them, and add the address to your safe senders list
• Details for the private training community will be given to you on your first login to the course
