Subtitles and closed captions can be turned on or off at any time using the CC button in the video player. The process takes just a couple of clicks.
How to Turn Off Subtitles / Closed Captions
- Start playing a video in your account.
- Look at the lower-right corner of the video player. You will see a row of icons — the CC button sits between the speaker (volume) icon and the gear (settings) icon.
- Click the CC button.
- A small menu will appear. Select Off.
Subtitles will be disabled immediately and will not appear for the rest of that video.
Want to Turn Subtitles Back On?
Follow the same steps above and select your preferred language or caption track from the menu instead of selecting Off.
