How Do I Switch from the Student Library to the Counsellor CPD Library?

Switching from the Student Library to the Counsellor CPD Library is straightforward — sign up for the CPD Library, download your certificates, then email us to cancel your Student Library subscription and we will carry over any remaining time.

Before You Switch: Download Your CPD Certificates

Your CPD certificates from the Student Library will not transfer to the CPD Library. Please log in to your account and download all your certificates before proceeding.

Step-by-Step: How to Switch

1. Sign up for the Counsellor CPD Library — choose either a monthly or annual subscription. You will find the sign-up links on the CPD Library page: counsellingtutor.com/online-cpd-for-counsellors.

1. Download your CPD certificates from your Student Library account (My Account > Certificates).
2. Email us at support@counsellingtutor.com to request cancellation of your Student Library subscription and let us know you have switched to the CPD Library.
3. Our team will cancel your Student Library subscription and credit any remaining days, weeks, or months to your new CPD Library subscription. You will receive a confirmation email once this is done.

Prefer Us to Handle the Switch for You?

If you would rather not do it yourself, simply email us at support@counsellingtutor.com and we can switch you over internally. We will only charge the Counsellor CPD Library membership fee on your next renewal date.
