How do I enrol on the course?

You can enrol at any time, because the course has no intake dates and no waiting list. Download the free handbook from the course page, and the email that delivers it contains your enrolment link.

Step by step

1. Visit the Certificate in Online and Telephone Counselling page.
2. Download the course handbook — free, and no commitment. It covers the full course content, time commitment, eligibility and pricing.

1. Check your inbox. The email that delivers the handbook contains your enrolment link, the pricing and payment plan options, and an overview of how the training is delivered.
2. Read the handbook to confirm the course is right for you. There is no deadline, so take the time you need.
3. When you are ready, use the enrolment link in the email to reach the secure checkout. Pay in full or via the payment plan.
4. You'll receive your welcome email with login details to the learning portal.
5. Begin the self-paced modules at your own pace, and start thinking about who in your network might be a buddy for the practical work.
6. Receive your certificate and 80 CPD hours on completion.

If the handbook does not arrive or will not download

Check your spam or junk folder first, and make sure you used the email address you want us to write to.
