How to change the card on your TherapyLock subscription

You change the card on your TherapyLock subscription on our billing page, not inside the app. Go to counsellingtutor.spiffy.co/manage, enter your email address, and use the sign-in link we send you. From there you can update your card yourself.

Step-by-Step: change your card

1. Go to the billing page: counsellingtutor.spiffy.co/manage
2. Enter the email address you used when you subscribed to TherapyLock.
3. Open your email. A message with a sign-in link will arrive shortly.
4. Click the link in that email. It takes you to your billing page.
5. Choose the option to update your card, enter your new details and save.

How the sign-in link works

The billing page does not use a password. It sends a link to your email address, and clicking that link signs you in.

This means the link only reaches you if you enter the email address your subscription was bought with. If you subscribed with a different address from the one you use to sign in to TherapyLock, enter the one you subscribed with.

If the email does not arrive

• Check your spam or junk folder — the message can land there, especially from a new sender
• Check the spelling of your email address — one wrong letter means the link goes nowhere
• Try the address you subscribed with — if you have more than one, a different address may hold the subscription
• Wait a few minutes and try once more — then look in your inbox again

If it still does not arrive, email us at support@counsellingtutor.com and tell us the email address you used. We will help you from there.
